Using Supernova: access, ownership and responsibility.

These terms are between you and Antino, covering this website and the Supernova console.

Where your organisation has signed an engagement agreement with us, that agreement governs the work. If it and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.

The console is not public. Accounts are issued to Antino staff and people at client organisations we are working with, and scoped to what each person's role permits.

Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Use the console for its intended work. Do not attempt to reach another organisation's material, probe access controls, or use the platform to build a competing service.

Do not upload material you lack the right to upload or are contractually barred from processing with a third-party model provider.

Treat AI-generated work as a draft. Follow the review and approval process for your project before accepting or using it.

Responsibility for what ships sits with the approver. Agent output is a draft for review. Checks can miss mistakes. Output is not a warranty of correctness or professional, legal, or financial advice.

You keep everything you bring: your documents and data. You also own the project documents produced from them, including data models, feature requirements and plans.

Antino keeps the Supernova platform, agent infrastructure and software that runs it. Nothing here transfers the platform to you or your material to us.

We work to keep the console available and will communicate planned work that affects it, but this page does not promise uninterrupted availability. Any required service level belongs in the engagement agreement.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be dated here, and the date at the top is the latest revision.
