How we use and protect your information.

Supernova is a business tool used by Antino and its clients. This page covers the public website and the Supernova console used by signed-in staff and clients.

It does not cover the products Supernova helps build. Those are governed by the agreement covering that engagement.

If you email us about access, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to reply and discuss access.

The public pages carry no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiling. We do not sell or rent the information you submit.

The workspace holds uploaded project documents, generated plans, reviews, approvals and activity records.

It also holds ordinary account data: who you are, which organisation you belong to, and what your role permits you to open.

Your project documents and the plans produced from them belong to your organisation. Ask us for the model-provider terms applicable to your workspace before submitting material.

We do not sell client data or pool one client's material into another client's work.

Access depends on your account, role and project assignments. Ask your administrator which project records your account can open.

Approval records identify the reviewer and decision. They help your team inspect accepted work.

Agent runs may send project material to an AI provider to generate a result. The provider depends on configuration. Contact us for the current provider list, training restrictions and data-processing terms for your workspace before submitting documents.

Microsoft Entra handles sign-in for Antino staff. We receive the identity, not your password.

Material is retained while its engagement is live and afterward according to the agreement covering that engagement.

To ask what is held about you, correct it, or request deletion, write to us and we will act on it.
