Frequently asked questions

Before you start with Supernova.

Find out who can use it, what your team needs to provide, and how to review AI-generated work.

Who is Supernova for, and how do I get access?

Supernova is used by Antino teams and the clients we work with. Contact us to discuss a project walkthrough or access for your team. Email us about access.

What does Supernova do?

Supernova brings project documents, client conversations and delivery plans into one workspace. AI agents use those records to draft specifications, plans and updates for your team to review. For example, a team can use an agreed scope document to draft feature requirements, then review them before planning developer tasks.

What does a person review?

People review generated requirements, designs and plans before accepting them for project work. They can correct a draft or send it back. Review requirements depend on the workflow; an AI answer is not approval to ship a change.

Which AI providers process our data?

The provider depends on the workspace configuration. Project material may be sent to that provider to generate a result. Before submitting documents, ask us for the provider list and data-processing terms that apply to your workspace. See the privacy page for ownership and retention information.

Can I see how a result was produced?

Run records and approval history help reviewers inspect generated outputs, tool activity and decisions. The detail available depends on the workflow. Read about checks and review.

What happens when an agent makes a mistake?

A reviewer can correct the result and review proposed updates to related plans and tasks. Repeated, confirmed mistakes can become suggested checking rules, subject to review. Corrections do not automatically make every future answer correct.

How long does setup take, and what do we need?

There is no published standard setup time. We agree a timeline after reviewing your documents, project scope and reviewer availability. Start with your proposal or agreement, supporting conversations and a named technical reviewer. Email us to discuss setup; you do not need to send confidential project documents in the first message.

What happens to project knowledge when someone leaves?

Saved project documents, plans and review records remain with the organisation under its agreement. Colleagues with access can use those records without relying on the departing person to explain everything again.

Which records can we connect?

Supernova supports uploaded project documents and connections for Zoho customer records, Microsoft email and calendars, and ProShort meeting recordings. During setup, the team agrees which sources are relevant and which accounts can be connected. Access to one source does not automatically connect the others.
